Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

5mediadesign is a professional book design studio operated by Marko Marković. This policy applies to the 5mediadesign website and its inquiry form.

2. What We Collect

The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the project inquiry form. This may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• A description of your project
• How you found us

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or behavioral profiling tools.

3. Why We Collect It

The information you submit is used solely to review your project inquiry and, if it is a good fit, to respond to you directly by email.

That is the only purpose.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not add you to any mailing list
• We do not send automated follow-ups or marketing emails
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your information to any third party
• We do not use your information for advertising
• There is no newsletter

If you hear from us, it is because we reviewed your inquiry personally and decided to respond.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand general traffic patterns — for example, how many visitors the site receives. This does not involve identifying individual users or tracking behavior across other sites.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

If you have a browser setting that limits cookies or analytics, it will be respected.

6. Data Retention

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as it is relevant to a potential or active project relationship. It is not archived indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted. To do so, contact us at the address below.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this website.
